What NeelendraBuilds collects, why we collect it, how it is used, and the choices you have — including how text messaging permissions are handled.
01Introduction and scope
NeelendraBuilds is the trading name used by Neelendra Shivhare, an individual freelancer working as a sole proprietor in Banda, Uttar Pradesh, India. It is not a registered company. In this policy, “we”, “us” and “our” mean that individual business.
This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, how it is handled, and the choices you have. It applies to this website, to enquiries you send us through it or by email, to the service relationships we enter into with clients, and to the communications connected with them.
It does not apply to other businesses or websites, including the third-party platforms we may use or link to.
02Information we collect
We collect the information you give us, together with the limited technical information described below.
Your name, and your business name where it is relevant to the enquiry.
Your email address, and a telephone number if you choose to give us one.
What you send through our enquiry form: the topic you select and the message itself.
Project requirements, notes and correspondence during a project, including any files or links you share with us.
Newsletter details if you subscribe: your email address, the page you signed up from, and the dates you subscribed or unsubscribed.
Records of permissions and communication preferences, where you have given us an instruction about how we may contact you.
Technical information recorded automatically when a page is requested — browser and device type, the approximate location derived from the network address, and the date and time of the request.
Our enquiry form does not ask for a telephone number. If you include one in your message, or give us one later during a project, it is handled as described in section 5.
This website does not process payments. Where a project involves payment, it is arranged separately and handled by the relevant payment provider under its own terms.
03How we use information
We use the information above only for the purposes it was given for, or for closely related purposes you would reasonably expect:
Responding to your enquiry and answering your questions.
Preparing proposals and quotations, and discussing scope, timeline and price.
Delivering website design, development and automation services under an agreed scope.
Managing the client relationship, including records of decisions, deliverables and correspondence.
Keeping the website, its forms and our accounts secure, and preventing spam and abuse.
Meeting legal, tax and accounting obligations.
Sending the journal to people who asked to receive it.
Sending service messages about work in progress by email, and by text message where that is appropriate and permitted.
Sending marketing messages only where the applicable rules allow it and the necessary permission has been recorded.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.
04Publicly available business information
From time to time we look at information a business has published itself — its website, its public directory listings, its company profile pages — to understand what it does and whether our services might be relevant to it.
A published telephone number or email address is not, by itself, permission to send marketing messages. Marketing messages, including marketing text messages, still require whatever permission the applicable rules demand, and we do not treat a published number as consent to receive them. Where we contact a business whose details we found publicly, we do so for a genuine business-to-business enquiry, identify ourselves, keep it relevant, and stop if asked.
05SMS and mobile information privacy
Where we use text messages, it is for service conversations about work under way — scheduling, questions about a project, delivery notes — and, only where the applicable requirements have been satisfied, for occasional marketing messages about our website development and business automation services.
SMS permission is obtained and recorded where it is required. Nobody is added to a messaging programme merely because their number is published or because they made an enquiry by another route.
You can stop text messages by replying STOP where the messaging programme supports it.
You can ask for help by replying HELP where supported, or by emailing us at hello@neelendrabuilds.com.
Message frequency varies with the work in progress and with your interactions with us; there is no fixed schedule.
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
Mobile information, including text messaging originator opt-in data and consent, will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We may share information with service providers where necessary to operate our messaging services, subject to applicable restrictions. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties, except as necessary to provide the messaging services or as otherwise permitted or required by law.
Permission to receive marketing text messages is separate from a general enquiry. Sending an enquiry, or giving us a telephone number in connection with a project, does not by itself place you in a marketing messaging programme.
06Cookies and similar technologies
This website does not use analytics services, advertising pixels or tracking cookies. We do not build profiles of visitors, and there is no cookie banner because there is no advertising or analytics tracking to consent to.
The platform that hosts this site stores small amounts of information in your browser for its own technical operation — for example, keeping a signed-in session open on the private pages we use to manage the journal — and the hosting provider keeps standard request logs. Both are used to run and protect the site, not to advertise to you.
You can clear or block this storage in your browser settings. The public pages of the site continue to work without it.
07Sharing and service providers
We do not sell personal information. We share it only where it is needed to run the site and our work:
The platform that hosts this website and delivers its enquiry and newsletter forms.
The email and messaging services used to send and receive correspondence, including text messages where a messaging programme is in use.
Technical providers that help us run the business — for example cloud storage or project tools — where a project requires them.
Authorities or other parties where we are required by law to disclose information, or where disclosure is necessary to establish or defend a legal claim.
Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not sold, rented or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
08Data retention and security
Enquiries are kept while the enquiry is active and for a reasonable period afterwards, so that we can pick a conversation back up or answer a later question about work already discussed. Project records are kept for as long as the relationship continues and afterwards for as long as legal, tax and accounting requirements need them. Newsletter details are kept until you unsubscribe, after which the address is removed from the active list.
We keep the information we hold to what is needed, restrict who can reach it, protect accounts with strong authentication, and use reputable service providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security. Where a breach affects your information, we will tell you when we are required to.
09International data processing
Some of the providers we rely on — hosting, email delivery and messaging — may store or process information outside India, including in the United States and the European Union. Where that happens, we rely on the safeguards those providers put in place for international transfers, such as standard contractual terms, and the same protections apply to the information wherever it is processed.
10Individual privacy rights
You can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or withdraw a permission you have given us. If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom, the rights available under the GDPR or the UK GDPR apply. If you are in India, the rights available under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 apply.
Write to hello@neelendrabuilds.com and we will respond within a reasonable period, normally within 30 days. We may need to confirm your identity first. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the data protection authority in your country.
You can unsubscribe from the journal by replying to any issue, and stop text messages by replying STOP where supported.
11Children's privacy
This website and our services are intended for businesses and adult users. They are not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us information, email us and we will delete it.
12Third-party websites
Our pages may link to other websites — a client's live site, a platform we used, or an article published elsewhere. Those websites have their own privacy practices, and we are not responsible for them. Read their policies before sharing information with them.
13Policy updates
We may update this policy as our practices, providers or the applicable rules change. The revised version appears on this page with a new last-updated date, and the date shown at the top always identifies the version in force.
